Google Pixel (Pixel XL) is one of the best camera phones in the market right now. However, this phone has a problem. This Google Pixel camera issue cause the camera app freezes while using. Along with that, there are many verticle lines.

This year, Google gave up on the Nexus series as well as released their two smartphones: Google Pixel and Pixel XL. These two phones are among the best camera phones in the market. Moreover, they even get the highest place on the DxOmark benchmark with the score of 89. However, after being used for a while, Google Pixel (XL) is said to have an issue.

A user from Pixel User Community reported that his Google Pixel has an issue when using cameras. On 27th October, his device suddenly froze along with many pink and purple vertical lines. This condition happens regularly. After that, he tried to clean all the data, cache and do the factory reset.



This is not the only case about Google Pixel camera issue. There are many users having the same Google Pixel camera issue. Some international Pixel users also find out that this issue just happens when the phone is in the rural areas where the mobile signal is poor. And when the phone is set at the flight mode, this problem does not happen.

Google Pixel camera issue: will be fixed soon

Right after the issue was reported, Google representative said that they would look into this problem and give users the answer through email as soon as they can. If this problem is not fixed soon, Google can lose their customers. And hopefully, this Google Pixel camera issue can be fixed easily without recalling all the handsets.
